Do adults and children who are not skating have to pay admission?
Daytime: Parents who are not skating and arrive with a paid skating child may enter for a $5.00 spectator fee. Any other adult or parent who arrives without a paid skating child must pay the admission rate for that session. Children who are not skating must pay the admission rate for that session.
Evening: Everyone must pay admission online before they arrive. Skate rental must be purchased at the door for anyone coming in who does not have their own skates. There are no spectators at night
If my friends are skating, do I need to pay if I’m not skating?
Everyone must pay admission and skate rental to enter. The only exception is a non-skating parent accompanying a paid child to a daytime session, they pay a $5 spectator fee.
Can I bring my own skates or blades?
You may bring your own roller skates or inline skates. We do not rent inline skates. No glass, micro or mini small wheels. Skates must have Toe Stops if there is a place for them.
Can I bring in food?
No. We do not allow any food or beverage to be brought into the facility, this includes bottled water. If you are having a birthday party and have a reserved party package, you may bring a cake or cupcakes but no other food or beverage, this includes bottled water. During private events, exceptions may be made only with prior approval by management.
Can I bring my camera?
We only allow cellphones and polaroids for picture taking (no attachments on either are allowed). Anything else is considered filming and it must be done at a time when we are not open to the public and must be booked in advance with the Office Manager.
What size skates do you rent?
We rent roller skates from a toddler size 8 up to an adult women size 11 and men’s 16. We do not rent inline skates.
Do you sell skates?
Yes, we offer skates and equipment for indoor and outdoor use for adults and kids. We carry many skates in stock for immediate purchase and we offer special and custom orders.
What form of payment do you accept?
We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, Android Pay and cash. Sorry, no checks and no debit cards.
Do I have to book a party in advance?
Yes, we require reservations and a non-refundable deposit at least 1 week prior to the party. We recommend making your reservation as early as possible since we do book full on many weekends. When you make your reservation we require a non-refundable deposit.
Can I bring in a cake?
Only with a reserved birthday package. Cake or cupcakes are allowed with a reserved birthday package only. No other food or beverage allowed. There is a $25.00 fee to bring in a cake during a weekday evening session (Mon. Tues. Wed. and Thurs. ONLY) NO CAKES ON FRIDAY, SATURDAY, or SUNDAY NIGHTS.
Do you offer skate mates?
We rent Skate Mates on Saturday and Sunday Afternoon, and Saturday Morning $8.00.
What type of music do you play?
We play a variety of music at every session. We do not play hard rock, hip hop, rap or techno during our public sessions. During a private party you can play whatever music you choose.
Where can I park?
If the rink lot is full park on Hawthorne St behind the rink on both sides of the street or park on Harvard St and San Fernando Rd.
